The privacy policy follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and you can read the full Privacy Policy here or in the app before you sign up.

Yes, in the browser. Open cms-araullohs.web.app in Safari or Chrome and sign in with the same account you use on Windows or Android; your records are the same everywhere. Add it to your Home Screen or Dock and it opens like an app.

Yes. The app keeps a copy of your records on the device, so you can take attendance and enter scores offline. Your changes sync when you're back online. The browser version works offline too, once you've opened it while connected.

Every subject from Grade 1 to 12. Grades, attendance and the seat plan work for any subject, and lesson plans use the official DepEd template for all of them, with the competencies from the MATATAG guide built in. School accounts keep their departments' formats.

No. Learners' names and LRNs are never sent to the AI. It writes a draft, and you check it and decide what stays.

Choose Interactive in the menu on the left, after Tasks (on a phone, under More). It shows when you're signed in online. You can also open a lesson plan and choose Present and play.

Yes, for now. Making your own slides in Pisara (blank, from a lesson plan, or from the library) is free for every teacher. Slides made by the AI, and games, take CMS Tokens. We'll say so before this changes.

Yes. Every teacher with a Classroom Made Simple account gets all of it, school accounts too, with nothing to sign up for. The AI is limited: 50 AI tokens to use by November 30, up to 10 a day. After November 15, everything you made stays yours, and live phone games and camera games need CMS Interactive again.

No. They open the address on the screen in their phone's browser, then type the game code and their name. Phones, tablets and computers all work.

No. Camera games read movement right on your computer. No picture or video is uploaded or saved.

What CMS Interactive's AI uses: a session's slides take 3 tokens and a game takes 1. Every account gets a few each month (3 on Free, 9 on Pro). See how tokens work.

In the app, open your account menu (on a phone, tap More), then Plan & Billing. Send the amount by GCash, Maya or bank transfer, then enter the reference number. Your plan is upgraded once the payment is confirmed, usually within one business day.

Nothing is deleted. You move to the Free plan, and you can still open and export everything. To add more than 2 active classes again, renew Pro or archive the classes you no longer teach.

In the app, open your account menu (on a phone, tap More), then Delete my account, or email classroommadesimpleapp@gmail.com. We delete the account and its records within 30 days and email you when it's done. Export your data first if you may need it. In a school account, the school's class records stay with the school.
